When you send us an email, you will receive an automatic response with your Incident number, confirming that your case has been registered with DSV. Please keep this number for your records and avoid replying to the automatic email.

If you do not receive an Incident number within 30 minutes, we advise you to send a new email.

Additionally, ensure that your message to DSV Developer Support is not a reply or forwarded email
